2. We are not responsible for delays or technical failures beyond our control.
3. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the previous 6 months.

1. All disputes will first be addressed through TradeXnPro customer support.
2. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction.
3. Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TradeXnPro operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

TradeXnPro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
